On Set Staffing Services supports film, television, and commercial productions by sourcing, coordinating, and managing background performers and on-set talent.
We believe in keeping the process clear, organized, and professional for both productions and the people we work with.

We connect individuals with opportunities based on the needs of each production and help coordinate submissions, bookings, communication, and on-set staffing.
Every production is different — some projects may require only a few background performers, while larger productions may require dozens or more.

HOW WE GET PAID
There are no upfront fees to be considered for work or representation with On Set Staffing Services.
We operate on a commission basis. Commission is earned only after paid work has been completed and the performer has been paid.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Work is not guaranteed.
Background and on-set work depends on production demand, availability, location, experience, and the specific requirements of each project. Opportunities may be infrequent, and for most people this type of work is occasional rather than a primary source of income.
Productions make the final booking decisions.
All casting and booking decisions are ultimately made by casting directors and production teams. On Set Staffing Services does not control final selections. Being represented or submitted for a project does not guarantee a booking.
We do not require paid extras.
There are no fees for auditions, mandatory photos, or mandatory training. On Set Staffing Services does not sell or endorse courses, instructors, or photographers.
We use third-party industry platforms.
We use established industry platforms and tools to help manage submissions, scheduling, communication, job visibility, and payment tracking. These may include Casting Workbook, Global Casting Network, Breakdown Express, and Actors Access.
Individuals may choose to use third-party platforms in addition to our services. Any associated costs are the individual’s responsibility and are paid directly to the platform provider. Use of these platforms is recommended where appropriate but is not mandatory.
